We just purchased our first house with Erin Life and the experience was a breeze. We had been talking with a few realtors and really liked Erin’s no nonsense approach and that she actually listened to what we were looking for (other realtors kept sending us stuff that we clearly expressed was not where we wanted to be either physically or financially). She made herself readily available to tour properties which was helpful given that properties sell within a matter of days. When we found the house we purchased, she was great. She explained all the contracts, answered questions, and knew what things were worth (we were able to get money off for repairs – something we didn’t expect in this market). She and her team were a pleasure to work with – highly recommend.

Erin and Stacy are amazing! They didn’t just stage my condo, they got on ladders and cleaned windows 15′ off the floor – they made my place shine. They also hired a professional photographer to take photos and drone camera footage of the complex. After every showing they checked on my place to make sure everything was in order and secure before the next one. I was under contract in 2 days and the entire process was a breeze. They are worth their weight in gold.

My husband and I were looking for a condo in the Winter Park area. We weren’t exactly sure what the options were as we are not local to the area and wanted a real estate agent who was familiar with the area and the prices. When we reached out to Stacy and Erin, they were immediately responsive and offered to meet with us the coming weekend. They had a line of properties ready to show us to get a better understanding of our preferences and to show us a variety of different types of homes and locations in the Winter Park area. We were able to narrow down on a couple of requirements.Over the coming weeks, Stacy and Erin constantly followed up and let us know whenever a new property came on the market that fit our style and price range. They were super responsive and gave their honest feedback as well. We were out of state when the perfect property came on the market. Erin went to the apartment multiple times to show us it on video chat. They met with my mother-in-law to show her the property and helped us to negotiate. They are extremely knowledgeable about the market, the local community and were completely honest and transparent. They even helped us to fix a window panel and helped us with the inspection when we were out of town. It was like having our own family help us with the purchase. I highly recommend Stacy and Erin!! They will treat you like family and make sure you are happy with a property that you love!
